30 minutes:      £20

45 minutes:      £30

60 minutes:      £40

My teaching rates are based on guidelines set by the Musicians' Union, as well as my level of qualifications and experience. I am fully insured and registered for the yearly DBS update service.

Practical lessons are on a 1:1 basis at my studio in Bournemouth. Theory lessons can be shared if students are studying for the same exam and can also be online if you live further afield. If you are facing financial difficulties and finding it hard to afford music lessons for your child, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am happy to discuss your situation.

Most younger students opt for regular weekly lessons during term time only, but I do teach during the holidays for those who want to continue. I don’t charge for missed lessons provided you can give me 24 hours’ notice. For adult students there is more flexibility between the hours of 10am-3pm so I can usually offer fortnightly or ad hoc lesson times if that’s what you prefer.
